About Me and This Blog

I was advised to ‘Write’ my Story, Thoughts, Symptoms and Medications.

I Have “Difficulty Speaking Sometimes” and “I Suffer From Severe Illness And Injuries”.
Disabled: –

Major Physios’ PTSD Anxiety Suicidal Mental Depression, Bipolar 2, Impulse control; Self Harm, Chronic Pain, Severe Trauma, Injury & Illness, OCD.

On top of it all.

Hypothyroidism Diseases, Diabetic, High blood pressure, Anemic

I Forget Stuff, Random Fall Asleep, The Pains Make It Impossible to Move Sometimes. I had to be careful of what I am doing. So as not to Hurt myself.

WITHOUT MEDICATION, I CANNOT HELP MYSELF

I am unable to work on a regular schedule. My “Health Issues” is aggravated by a lot of Trauma. Suffered Severe Illness and injury and take lot of medications. Also Sometimes, PTSD Psychosis Suicidal Mental Depression. I CANNOT HELP MYSELF WITHOUT MEDICATION

SM Believe it or Not got started in 2020. Our founder is a regular person that’s struggled with depression and anxiety. However, Ive learned to cope and overcome these issues! Now I am here to help you do the same thing. I have tackle the hard stuff on my blog. Loneliness, depression, romantic relationships, divorce, grief, etc.
Yet, I always find the good in the bad and leave you with a reason to smile! It’s important to have a cathartic release in life. Without it, we will only bottle our emotions until they explode. Everybody needs somebody to talk to. If you’re lonely, don’t worry etc.
